Our Philosophy
Ulatan Holdings, Inc. (UGI) is a family-owned corporation based in New York, NY. At UGI we have a broad investment mandate, making opportunistic investments in both public and private opportunities across various industries and assets. Our family typically invest with an indefinite holding period, and as a wholly owned company with significant liquidity, we are typically able to execute in an expeditious manner under various structures.

The private opportunities we look for are companies that are seeking liquidity or capital needs. We also look for partners with management teams that have or desire significant equity stakes in their businesses.
Our family has historically invested in both domestically and internationally across multiple sectors and asset classes, and have invested in companies that has shown an effort to advance to the next level either through efficiency gains or revenue growth. Our family executives have decades of experience successfully founding, operating, acquiring, and selling businesses in multiple industries and are able to serve as advisors to management.

SERIES A & PRE-IPO FUNDING
Our family has a strong reputation for its pre-IPO and Series A funding in the Asia-Pacific Markets. With the recent merger of our Manila based family investment equity group (VSP), we will soon be opening our equity funds to acquiring more US based Series A and Pre-IPO investments.
FOREIGN INVESTMENTS
Our Asia-Pacific equity fund has been funding Foreign Investments since 1976. We have built relationships throughout the decades with our partnerships with large key industry players in Asia and even with the recent merger we hope to continue this tradition of foreign real estate investments.
PRE-SEED STARTUPS
We have recently take a full focus on creating and investing in startup ideas. With the growth of Crowdsourcing Funding Portals we have taken great interest in investing in pre-seed startups. As a result our front facing risk has been significantly reduced, and through the use of vetted data-sources and our unique investment strategies we have made bold moves in the startup market.
